How long does an energy performance certificate take?

It depends on the property. For most homes and premises we have it ready within a few days of the visit, with registration included.

Do you work outside Córdoba?

We work in Córdoba and across the province. Some procedures, such as the reduced technical data sheet, we handle remotely for the whole of Spain.

What do I need to request a quote?

Tell us which service you need and where the property or installation is. If you have plans, photos or previous documents, they help us fine-tune the price.

Do you also submit the paperwork to the authorities?

Yes. We draft, sign and submit the file. If the authorities ask for more information, we deal with it until the procedure is closed.

Do you work with companies and other professionals?
