What do you need to open?
Licence or responsible declaration
Depending on the activity and the municipality, a responsible declaration is enough or a prior licence is required. We tell you which applies before we start.
Premises, offices and warehouses

The technical report or project that goes with the application is drafted and signed by a registered engineer.

Visit to the premises
We check floor areas, exits, installations and everything the town hall will inspect.
Project and documentation
We draft the technical report or activity project with the plans and measures required.
Submission to the town hall
We submit the file and deal with any requests until the activity is fully compliant.

What's included

- Final certificate from the engineer stating that the premises comply.
- Filing with the town hall and replies to its requests.
Not included
- Municipal fees, which are paid to the town hall.
- Works to adapt the premises.
- Installation certificates, which are a separate service.
What the quote depends on
- Activity: responsible declaration, licence or environmental assessment.
- Floor area and occupancy of the premises.
- Condition of the premises and whether plans exist.
- Municipality and what its bylaws require.
