When do you need a water or gas certificate?
Supply connection
The water company or gas distributor asks for it before supplying a home, premises or warehouse.
Renovations and alterations
If you extend the plumbing, move the boiler or replace appliances, the installation must be certified again.
Compliant with regulations
Water under the Technical Building Code (CTE). Gas under the gaseous fuels regulations.

How we do it
Installation inspection
We check the service connection, meter, pipework, valves, ventilation and flue.
Safety tests
We measure water pressure and flow. For gas, we check leak tightness and safe operation.
Certificate and paperwork
We issue the boletín so the company can activate the supply.

What's included

Not included
- Repairs if the installation does not comply. These are quoted separately.
- The supplier's connection and sign-up fees.
- The periodic gas inspection, which the distribution company carries out.
