What is an energy performance certificate?
A label from A to G
It sums up in one letter how much energy the property uses and how much CO₂ it emits in normal use. The label must appear in property listings.
Required to sell or let
It must be given to the buyer or tenant. It is generally valid for ten years. If you refurbish the property, it is worth renewing.
Issued by a qualified professional
It is signed by a registered engineer from our team after visiting the property.

How we do it
On-site data collection
We measure rooms, façades, windows and the heating, cooling and hot water installations.
Calculation with official software
We enter the data into the tools recognised by the Spanish Ministry and obtain the rating.
Improvements and registration
We suggest improvements to move up a letter and register the certificate with the Junta de Andalucía.
